Absolutely you can, and should! This resource was created to be used again and again.
CAN I SHARE THIS WITH A FRIEND?
Yes! We are firm believers in building up a community of mommas who support each other. We also know the value of a good friend when it comes to accountability and doing the things, so though this is NOT an industry standard, YES, share this with a good friend and do it together!
HOW MANY PAGES IS THE GUIDE?
In its current version, it is 43 pages long and encompasses 3 sections: the Deliberate Reflection, Deliberate Beginnings, and Deliberate Goal Planning.
IF I'M ALREADY IN SURVIVAL MODE HOW WILL I HAVE TIME TO FILL THIS OUT?
We’ve given little handouts through the entire thing to help you fill it our quicker and easier. When our mommas go through this they said it only takes between 5 - 10 minutes to fill out a page…and the best news is that this is completely self-paced so you can make this fit in whatever margins you currently have in your motherhood…even if that means tucking it in the bathroom and taking 5 to do a page there. We are convinced that as soon as you begin this journey you will be encouraged to keep going, AND you will have our support the whole way.
