Episode 188: Clipboard SOS: What to Put on Them

For the Busy Mommas…

This is the #1 question we get regarding the clipboard system.

I think our brains just want to tell us we don't know what to put to protect us from trying something new because it's meant to keep us safe, and if we aren't trying anything new, it feels safe.

But you know. Mommas, we know…and if you really don’t, grab our Homeschool Plan Like a Mother from the shop and figure it out!

There is no wrong answer.

Clipboard Guidelines (01:25)

Knowing there’s no wrong answer, there are a few guidelines…

  • Tasks should be made as independent as possible

  • You tell what, but not the how

  • Guidelines are okay, but not exactly step by step

  • Tasks that are time-appropriate for their age

  • Not too many tasks

And psst…even if what you put on them isn't serving you, it's a 5-minute or less fix.
